Best bang for the buck..... IWC (Impact Weapons Components).

The cheapest, Damage Industries, about $10 or $12 bucks.

The best, IWC $19 and I am really liking my Magpul one that I grouped bought for about the same coin. Noveske, I'd pass. BCM is about $18 IIRC

I've got IWCs bipod mount for MOE handguard and the quality is top notch..

that being said, I went with ONE LIKE THIS and love it. I can use hook or swivels and the swivels lock up pretty tight.

I've since, put them on all my ARs.
