Per this
http://www.keystoneaccuracy.com/lefthandedspecialist.html

Left hand bolts sometimes dont work w normal barrel extensions.  My question is whether a guy could do the chamfering in an installed extension with a dremmel or jewelers extension or whatever.

Thx.

After looking over that site, I am not sure I would want to try it, and I love wecsog-ing stuff.  But if I did, I would take the jewelers file and at least tape off the sides I don't want cutting, or even dedicate it to the job and coat those surfaces with epoxy if the tape kept peeling off.

I would NOT use a dremel.  Way too tight a space for a tool that has a tendency to walk.

I've been asked to do a left hand build and am researching the same thing.  The consensus is that standard barrel extensions work fine, but some (including myself) wonder about longevity issues.  Who, besides Stag, makes a ambi extension?
