Doing my first build and hit a snag. Probably a noob question but here we go.

I bought:

To fit:

It doesn't fit because the male end on the magpul stock is oval, and the female end on the end plate is round. My Mega Arms receiver slot is round and I'm using this as my buffer :

So the question is: What would I need to buy to make these parts compatible? I've seen oval end plates, but then I feel like that wont fit in my mega arms receiver? Appreciate the help

I'm not an expert but I don't think it is suppose to use an end plate. Since the stock isn't collapsible, the front end of the stock holds the selector detent spring in. Looking at the stock you have you can see that it's suppose to butt up to the end of your lower receiver.

Here's a PRS installation.  No endplate necessary.  The stock slides over the receiver extension tube and mates directly to the rear of the receiver.
