I live in CT and have a CT compliant Wyndham. When I purchased the rifle it came with a pinned butt stock. There is no channel milled into the receiver extension for a collapsible stock. I know I need to buy a new mil spec tube with stock to boot, but my question is this...Do I also need to purchase a new buffer and spring to match or will the ones I currently have in the receiver extension work just fine?

Thanks in advance.

Change the receiver extension (buffer tube) to what you want. Everything else can be re used, no need to buy more stuff. Its all good.
