hardware stores have roll pins for $.39 just take in your lower and find one that fits... buy several. |

That is not even an AR specific part. Just go to a hardware store.
Secondly: Why not call the place that sold you the kit and get them to replace it? |

For the AR-specific parts, check out The Citizens Armory. They ship for less than $2, and usually have the important but easy to lose parts on hand.
The bolt catch roll pin is 1/2" long and 3/32" in diameter. Here's a handy site for information to help with this sort of issue. |

I've done this, but then I've had kits missing bolt catches, safeties, pins, springs, but usually just one part. The last issue I had was two safeties and no mag catch. CMMG customer service was BY FAR the fastest and easiest. |

I recently had a lpk that was missing the safety selector, detent, and spring. I sent an email to the manufacturer and in a couple days I had the parts that had been missing.
