I'm completing an upper build and have run into a possible issue. I have a Voodoo barrel which does not mate the feed ramps of an upper well. The upper is a PSA "blem" upper. This is how they mate:



They don't seem terribly off. I'm unsure if it's the barrel extension or the upper that's "off" (as I have no more spares to compare with). Would this present an issue, or is this acceptable?

edit: sorry the first pic is a bit out of focus. Phone camera was not focusing for that for some reason. Second one came out better (but different combo).

likely fine. unless you have issues downstream during firing, I would progress with the build.

If you haven't cycled rounds yet all you have if speculation.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'd rather not have to mod the feed ramps, so I'll either try it as is, or try another receiver.
Btw... ScoeyAZ, your's looks beautiful, even better than my factory AA upper!

should feed just fine.....only one way to find out!
