First I started with a dueling Dicks lower Like so....
Dueling dicks stripped lower $120 PSA Classic LPK $50 BCM Gunfigher Mod 2 $20 Delton 16" Carbine Upper with BCG and CH $450 Used Eotech 512 $200 TOTAL = 840! Not to shabby if I do say so myself.  
Hopefully the pictures explaine themselfs. I tried to show the parts before I installed them. 
Yes I put the roll pin in with that Big ass Dewalt hammer. No scratches.

I do have a MOD 4 gunfigher CH on all my other rifles... This one feels pretty strange with just a normal one....
