[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need 20" upper PSA or BCM?

Need upper to finish my precision build:

1.BCM Standard 20" Upper Receiver Group w/ BCM KMR 13" Handguard

2.PSA SS15G2 CHF 20" 5.56mm 1:7 Rifle Length A2 Profile -

$100 difference, both 1:7 twist, all the top quality mil-spec stuff....neither comes with BCG or CH. Leaning towards the BCM because of the KMR, PSA has the Midwest Ind. ff....... but money saved could get me BCG.

People salivate over BCM..

I have become to admire the chrome hammer forged barrels.

I like both companies but would put the thing together myself to own specs.

Fulton Armory is selling what it considers a match grade pencil/lightweight profile 20" chrome lines 1:8 barrel for $275. Think of saving some weight with that purchase.

get the BCM KMR, you'll regret it if you don't. get a BCG next pay check.

edit. you can pick up a cheap bcg for roughly $120 upgrade when you get the cash and keep the cheap one for a backup.

I'm extremely happy with my 20" PSA premium upper, it's much more accurate than I am and has all the right specs..

FN has been making 20" uppers for the military for a LONG time.
