I bought the version they were selling with a front sight base installed for the pink build I did for my wife for Christmas. We have only shot a couple hundred rounds thru it so far but I think it is GTG. It is acceptably accurate and cleans up easy.

I ordered one last week on Friday and it was shipped on Monday. They ship USPS Priority with signature confirmation required. I wasn't home for delivery so I'll pick it up at the PO on Tuesday. Won't have it on a rifle ready to shoot for about another month but I'll post pics and general impressions when I get it. So far I'm happy - they shipped it really fast, emailed copy of invoice, shipping notification with tracking #, etc...

I have bought three complete uppers from JSE over the past couple of years. Not a single problem with any of them. They kept prices down during the panic and answer emails quickly when you have questions about products they may have for sale.

I've bought truckloads of parts from them over the last five or six years...solid company, fair and honest, great people to deal with.

I've got a 7.5" pistol barrel from them and its gtg. No issues in 500 or so rounds.

Nitriding is an alternative to chrome lining.  It's supposed to last as long, if not longer.  Since it's a treatment and not a coating, the barrel's rifling can be cut to size (chrome lining requires an oversize bore to compensate for lining thickness) so accuracy is better in a nitrided barrel.
