THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT Also, should I do something to chase/lube the threads before running a set screw down there? |

4-40, use a 4-40 x 1/8" set screw, a very small bit of grease or anti-seize never hurts.
If the pin is too tight when you assemble it, take the spring out and clip a turn or two off and try again. Repeat as needed. |

4-40x1/8" I think. Remember to cut off an appropriate length of spring to compensate for the set screw. I'd definitely throw some anti-seize on the threads before screwing it in.
Edit: Dammit, too slow. |

The above posted size is correct.
I did not have to cut my spring. Lightly grease the detent tip and grease the detent channel in the pin with your moly-fortified barrel nut grease. You will need a .050" Allen key for that size set screw. |
