Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What are the Hole Sizes in Lower Receivers?

I have gotten sick and tired of dealing with stubborn split pins and apparently undersized holes!  I think that I'm going to get a wire gauge drill index and ream out the damn holes.

What are the nominal sizes for all the holes in an AR lower that take roll pins?  What are the actual maximum and minimum dimensions?

Bolt catch  You'll need to thread the lower for it though.
