I've never heard of any... I think most people just tighten them until they're tight, then stake them.

Carrier Key Screws - 35 INCH pounds to 40 INCH pounds.


However, I do believe that Armalite (in one of their tech notes) indicates a value that is higher ( ~ 55 INCH lbs. ? ) than  what is listed here.
