Pretty vanilla, but most of my ARs are funky custom deals.  I'd traded off my Armalite A2 and needed a "normal" AR in the safe.  Doesn't really count as a build since I used a complete PSA upper, but whatevs.

PSA 16" Midlength Melonite Freedom Upper
AIM surplus melonite BCG

Hey Jack,

It is the Battle Arms Development Inc. "Sabertube" stock with qd backplate in carbine length.  It is basically a buffer tube with some cool milling that an aluminum foot type thing goes over at the end.  It is pretty light even compared to a MOE stock and traditional tube.  I got it from rainerarms I believe, look on Battle Arms' website it is listed there too. Thanks for commenting on the build, it is my new baby, took me months to acquire the parts and get it cerakoted and engraved.  Also the waiting game on the ATF took about 3 months after I efiled an NFA trust that I drafted (I am an Attorney), so it took some time and effort to get it done.

1st build, already working on a 2nd.

I stuck a Primary Arms 1-4x scope and mount on this one until I find the deal I want on a Vortex Viper or something similar. Once I get that, I'm going to take off the flip up sights too to give it a nice clean look.
