Built this upper recently after sitting on most of the parts for a few years and picking up a nicely used barrel on the EE here recently. The lower is not new, but is newly sbr'd. Spikes lower receiver Geissele SSAE trigger Magpul CTR stock Colt upper with teardrop forward assist Colt 14.5 inch barrel BCM fsb and flash hider (takeoffs from my first upper group) KAC handguards and vert grip |

Put this together yesterday.
Anderson stripped lower PSA Freedom 1/8 stainless parts kit Cheap carry handle had laying around A2 grip with finger hump ground off I wanted something simple without a lot of stuff hanging off of it. Later I'll add a small rail somewhere to mount my light, but that's it. |

Here my first one. 5.56/.223 BCM SS upper. Shoots B.B gun soft with the Spikes Tactical heavy buffer, but loud as HELL with the BCM mod 1 brake. Gonna do a 300BLK this winter. Also, do any of you know if the S ig Sauer Manufactured Ambi Mag release will work of this lower?

Here is my AR family. I built all of them except the bottom one. That is factory built. From top to bottom.....
Spikes Tactical 7" AR pistol with ultra short buffer AR-.45acp on an old PNW receiver, SGW/Olympic Arms .45acp front end and BCG. Hand made mag well block and release using 30 round Grease gun mags. AR-15, White Stag receiver. M-4 upper. Mega Matten AR-10 matching upper and lower receivers, DPMS barrel, buffer assembly and LPK. Factory Colt SP-1 AR-15. I qualified "Expert Marksman" in the Navy reserves using this rifle. It out shot all the rest of the service rifles at the quals.
