She's heavy, but a tack-driver and I dialed the gas way down so with the rifle length gas and the A1 recoil spring and buffer, there is virtually no felt recoil. One of my best builds so far. The construction and functionality of having a adjustable gas system is the tits. |

Seekins forged lower with Phase 5 winter trigger guard and magpul bad lever Mil spec plus lower parts kit, trigger group polished, hammer bobbed, with 3.5 pound JP springs blem Aero upper PSA "full auto" BCG KAK sig buffer tube shockwave brace with CCA saddle (cheek weld only...NO shouldering) ICE Arms 556 NATO 11.5" melonited barrel 1 in 9 twist (purchased a couple years ago before all the major drama with them blew up...lucky to have gotten it) Kinnitech spiral muzzle with blast deflector ATI Scorpion ergo grip AIM "raptor" 2.5-10 x 40 sport scope with red laser (it was cheap and surprisingly clear) Overall length 27.5" w/o muzzle device Blue titanium cerakote work done by me (pic makes it look like the grip is off in tone...it's the angle and lighting, all matched perfectly) |

Built all 3. Left one is my first build that got me into guns. Center is my baby, my 9mm SBR and the right one is a spare parts build with all the random things I had from the previous builds...and now I have an extra barrel so im thinking of a dedicated 22....damn this hobby is expensive.

My first effort at building an under 6lb rifle. Top upper is built upper direct from Spikes. Dropped 12oz and new rifle weighs in at 5lb 14oz.
