used the sponge technique and im really happy with how it turned out, pics honestly dont do justice especially from the iphone

My14 year old son and I just finished our first build.
Seekins Precision billet upper and lower Magpul stock, grip, back up sights, and rail covers. YHM quad rail and suppressor Spikes tactical nickel boron bgc. Black rain ordinance barrel Vortex Sparc scope 
I like the ambidextrous bolt release. I bought a magpul bad lever, and then realized I didn't need it.

New pinned 14.5 build
Mega lower Riflegear upper Daniel Defense mid length 14.5 barrel Battlecomp 1.5 pinned Troy rear buis Magpul ctr Magpul maid grips Magpul moe hand guard Magpul moe trigger guard Nice and simple and light. Great shooter, super accurate. Really liking the 14.5 middy thing.

Not completed just yet, trying to decide between a 7.62x39 -OR- 300 BLACKOUT 14.5 barrel. Either way it will acquire a BRAKEOUT 51T perm and pinned. The main reason why these two instead of a 5.56 is the W.A.R receiver came with a carbine gas tube so we'll use it.
 Why a 14.2 Templar Fastrail? It's what they had in stock at the time versus the 12.5. It actually will work well for me seeing I like a longer rail anyway.....

Here is my ar build, (along with another toy) Please let me know if I didn't post right or pic doesn't show. HCBR lower, (mega mfg) Mega upper WOA 16" ss 1-7 barrel, mid length gas Vtac forearm WOA headspaced bolt and carrier Burris full field II Tubbs flat buffer spring and spikes heavy buffer (awesome. No issues, even with weak 223) Some other goodies. First AR, first build. Sure was nervous the first time I pulled the trigger. Couple hundred rounds, various ammo, no issues. Got couple-moa with cheap 55gr 223 federal, got close to 1moa with 65 gr, and a little better with 75 gr hornady match. These things are addictive. |

Delton kit with sog armory strippped lower. Yhm mid length rail Heavy mid length barrel Magpul crap y'all know what it is pos sight that I no longer have Forgot who makes the flip up sight I got it in a trade for my mini 14 to fund this project  |
