Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What mount for Sure fire x300, t slot?

So I own one already that's mounted on my ar, I was looking to put one on my sti 2011 with a rail. I noticed they have rail lock mount option and T mount, which would be the better of the two? I appreciate all the help, just don't see the differences, I remember the one mounted on the ar was a bitch to get on.
