Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help Choosing a light and mount.

I own a Wyndahm CDI that has a DiamondHead VRS X-556 hand guard.  I would like to attach a light to it keeping it in as tight to the hand guard as possible preferably in an offset position.  Im looking for a light that is simple and inexpensive similar to my initial intention the Surefire G2X Tactical. Would also like a mount that could be attached directly to the hand gaurd and avoid the picatiny rail if possible.  I would appreciate any and all suggestions.

Is this M-Lok? or will my only choice be a Picatinay from diamondhead to attach a light?
