I was wondering if the new SF X300U-B (the one with the screw mount) still has a plastic picatinny interface of if they've switched to aluminum with the new clamping design?  It appears the one side is part of the body, so I'm thinking it is, but just wanted to verify.

Reason I'm asking is I want to rifle mount an X300 again, but I've cracked one of the older models polymer picatinny "legs" before after accidentally smacking it on the door frame of a car.

Polymer is gone.

Same exact mounting system as the X400 now.

The -B is 100% better for everything but Glocks.
