My RM1 came in today. Really like the light, but...

With the clicky cap and the pressure switch, if the light is turned to constant on and I rack the bolt, the light will wink. Compared to my elzetta, the streamlight is letting me down. Not sure if I should just deal with it or what.

It's called battery bounce and it happens to all manufacturers from time to time.

It wouldn't bother me as I'm not usually paying attention to my light (if it's even in in the first place) while operating the charging handle.

Well I'd imagine it'll do it if it's on while firing, but I get what you're saying. Is there a quick fix of some sort available?

I have one of the RM 2's on the way. Did anyone ever find out if the streamlight pressure switch would work in a moe illumination kit?

My Surefire M300A Scout does it too. It's not a big deal.

If you're doing everything right, you won't even notice it while firing.

There aren't any fixes that I'm aware of.

No shit, I'll just run with it then. I was just worried it'd be an indicator of it malfunctioning later down the road. Elzetta has me spoiled!
