I've only used Thorntail SBR mounts, but I'm needing another mount for a M300. Just realized that Magpul has their own M-Lok scout mounts. Any of you guys use them before? Any differences really between the polymer and aluminum?

I was considering this mount (the cantilever one just to be clear) but I decided to go with an Mlock rail panel instead. I decided that because the cantilever mount would position the light too far forward, I'm running a 13 inch rail on a 14.5 inch barrel.

Off the t f my head, the polymer would weight less, but might be less durable. However you would really have to beat the mount up to prove this.
