Looking at AR bayonet lug mounts to use with a tactical flashlight (Surefire, Streamlight, etc). Any recommendations?

Not quite bayonet lug mount, but similar concept assuming you have a FSB.

Elzetta ZFH1500

CAA makes one, we have been using these on Patrol rifles because of the way our racks hold our rifles we have no choice but to use the Lug  mounts.  These have been working for us.

This mount has worked really well for me.

Also not a bayonet lug mount, but worth checking out:  Mossie Tactics Midnight Mount.

Thanks for the info. I've seen a few bayo lug light mounts that have a round 'collar' that snugs around the light, but can be quickly loosened to free the light for other uses. My rifle has a Magpul MOE midlength handguard, so installing a short rail base somewhere on that is an option, too.

I use this on mine
http://www.crosstac.com/shop-all-products/front-sight-picatinny-rail/

I like how it keeps the rail forward and off the handguard so I can stretch my arm out without feeling cramped.. I also like how it provides a solid sling mount.  I haven't had any issues with my POI changing as a result of sling attached to FSB either, even when wrapping arm in sling and creating some tension to help with offhand steadiness..

I use it in combination with a GGG 1" mount.  So I can take my light on/off quickly and easily since I use the rifle for both work and hunting. I leave the mounting ring on the light and use it all the time.  I just make sure I tighten the thumbscrew down so I don't lose any parts.

Here's a pic of how it looked with my old magpul handguards

I use the ElZetta mount with their light as well.

I've seen two broken Elzetta mounts at work.  The plastic cracks at the screw holes.

Well, I found the FAB Defense FBA bayonet lug light/laser mount. It comes in 3/4" and 1" sizes and is made from high-grade aluminum. Unfortunately, the list price is $123.00. I really like the design, though. Maybe it is something to save up for...

IIRC all elzetta products carry a life time warranty. I have the FSB mount on my own rifle and have had no issues with it at all. Also. IIRC the instructions with the mount specifically state to not over tighten the screws. Elzetta makes good kit. They can be found on Amazon pretty reasonable as well. I love their lights and mounts

yeah they warrantied them.  I didn't tighten them, I can't vouch for if they were overtightened or not...

I have something like the CAA mount.
3 or 5 slot rail piece that slides on the lug.
It's been a while since I bought it but I have not had to think about it because it worked so well.
Great for lasers and lights.
