Has anyone ever used an EB1 as a weapon light?

I've got a Scout light (200 lumen) on my rifle now, but I'm thinking of swapping it out with the EB1 in an E-series mount of some sort. The EB1 is the newest 200 lumen model, so I'm not losing anything on the output.

If you're curious, why I'm swapping the lights out, due to my new position at work, my carbine is no longer my primary long gun. I'm using a Benelli M1 Super 90 for a primary now. The plan was to use a Nordic or Mesa barrel clamp with a rail to mount the Scout light to the Benelli so I can use the pressure switch.

Thoughts and opinions from the hive? (Other than keep the rifle as primary...)

Most people don't advocate using a dual output light as a carbine light.

They have a tendency to change outputs during weapons operations.  When I tested I found that even charging the weapon would cause the light to change outputs.
