I 'believe' the 0.84-0.88 ring option of this Arisaka mount would fit the bill. I also am a HUGE fan of Arson Machines mounts but don't think they offer a smaller ring than 1".
ETA: Apparently the OD of the barrel of the 1L is 0.77 so you would probably need to fashion a spacer out of heat shrink tubing or electrical tape. |

That Arisaka looks promising. I know that frank proctor's mount is made specifically for that light, but it does need a rail to work and I am trying to avoid that. Was hoping somebody knew a un-cataloged part number or something from IWC. Still hoping somebody will jump in.

That Proctor mount is awesome but at $90+ to mount a $38 light.... You'll have to count me out.
