First off, I just got my TLR-1 HL and after some painters tape, Birchwood Case flat black, and 10 minutes... no more bling ring.

But the issue (or maybe no issue) is what does everyone else's reflector look like? Mine seems a bit irregular.

Looks just like mine, mine also has a "square-ish" beam pattern.

Edited: Sorry, my center "beam" is round but that surrounding light is square, I just never noticed. I just checked it after everyone says the same

That looks just like mine as well.  I had the same thought a couple days ago while I was using it for light during assembly and set it face down and forgot it was on.  I thought it possibly melted it but the pattern is just too consistent and even

I have two TLR-1HL's, an HP and 4 TLR-1S's, that is not normal.

FWIW, mine has a angled halo as well.  I bought it new from a reputable vendor.  The first time I turned it on, I noticed it immediately and was .  I didn't / don't care enough about it to worry about it, though.

I sent various photos to Streamlight and they are sending me a replacement reflector and/or head. I expect it this week.

Got the replacement head today and it's better than my original one. Good to go.

FWIW mine looks identical to what is shown in your pics.  Never really noticed it before.

I don't see anything irregular about it. Both of mine are exactly the same. Those 4 little scallops on the edges are at exactly 3-6-9-12 o'clock. And that thing that looks like a chip is a raised bump that is molded into the lens. It keys into a white plastic ring behind it. You can move that "bump" anywhere you like, just unscrew the ring and turn it. Might have to pop the lens out first because there is a rubber gasket under there that may not want to turn easily.
