I am limited to getting a light that will sit on the top of my rail, since thats the only place that has a picatinny. And I dont want the light to block my Aimpoint. I know Mission First Tactical has their Torch light, Does anyone know of anymore?

You could, but it looks extremely ugly. Im trying to keep the weight down as well.

you could put a pistol light like a M300 or or TRL on the top, infront of your sight (assuming you don't have some sort of regular FSB on it).  Lots of guys do it and really like it.  I am not too much of a fan of it, but to each his own.  The other option would be to run something like a Gear Sector offset mount off the top rail so you can run a regular light off to the side around the 10:30-11 o'clock position.  I have seen guys do that, and it looks pretty good.
