I have been researching for the past month on the topic of lgihts for a rifle. I know there are light set ups for different shooting styles and how you manipulate the weapon. for the desired rifle I have a VFG and the thumb break method. there are so many choices out there! I decided to slim it down to a budget of 100 to 150 bucks. so which light, mount, and accessories do I need for this to work well! try to stay away from pistol lights they don't fancy me even if they are light weight. thanks for the input

I use one of the Foursevens lights. It is the maelstrom model. It was about 70 on sale. It has a 1" body and I think 430 or 450 lumens.

For a mount I use bailing wire or duct tape.

JK I use a 1" scope ring. It works and it's cheap. It will get you by.
