I currently own a Colt 6720 with a KAC drop in rail system. I recently brought a Fenix TK15 light(awesome light), and I'm trying to find the best way to mount it to the gun. I tried using VFGs and I just don't like them. I hold my rifle the standard(eerr classic) way, so I think I would need my light as far forward as possible. Am I better off going back to the standard M4 hand-guard and getting an Elzetta mount, or if theres a good mount I can use on my TK15 and keep the rail system? I'm really stumped and I welcome any suggestions

Check out impact weapons solutions. They make the Haley strategic brand of light mounts that help push the light forward give you more room for weapons manipulation. I have love the dropwing sbr for my long handguard rifle but the standard one should work great for that setup you have.

I use one on my 10 inch Troy Alpha rail. It is a perfect location.
