Here's what I have on my M4gery... works for me, and its very solid. TG vert grip has a great cutout for the tape switch. Looking for a P61 lamp to boost the output from 65 to ~110 lumens. Wondering if a G2 can handle than kind of heat from the hi-output SF lamp?

Brightflashlights got me some accessories to up grade my old Surefire 9P.
Aftermarket tape switch
Z32 anti-shock bezel
P91 ultra high intensity bulb
Red filter cap
Plus some extra Surefire batteries.

Now I have a weapons light instead of a handheld one.

The aluminum Deiter grip absorbes heat in the summer.  So I put the bike tube on.

Chapperjoe, what kind of light is that, how much did it cost, where did you get it and how well does it work.

Here is my new LMT 16" M4 with DD 9.5FSP rail system (courtesy of MSTN) and my new (courtesy of BF) M971XM05 with melonballer attachment.  I'm not sure if I will keep it on the bottom, or move it to the side.....  The next thing to change out is the stock.  I'm leaning towards the ACE M4 SOCOM, or maybe a Vltor.....

Man... you guys with your Sure Fire Milennium lights make me wanna cry... I would love to get one of those but "she who runeth thy bank account" is tighter than 2 coats of paint when it comes to me spending on gun toys...  I usually have to scrape money together over a long period of time to get anything I want.

What is the current exchange rate for blood and sperm going for these days?

I've got brakes on 2 of my prebans. Point?

The point is, sir, that you must SURRENDER those identity-challenged weapons to ME this instant!!

And not bullets first.

My current Bushy m16 is in the shop, so, my Capt. let me use one of my ARs... and yes, I carry the 24 on duty...

Here's a cheap light setup.  I placed a piece of friction tape around the light to keep it from moving.  I plan on getting a 6P next.  The more expensive lights will have to wait until I get my Eotech 552.

Couldn't get much cheaper . . . . G2 with 1" scope mounts. I couldn't picture myself spending any more, this system cost around $40 and does the job GREAT!!

I'm surprised:  why aren't there any SureFire 660 setups here?!  I thought that the 660 system was the "standard" AR weapon light system.
