I'm looking for a kydex holster for an AR15 magazine, who are the better home based / smaller manufacturers of kydex goods?

I used onyour6designs for my idpa setup for my Sig 320. Came straight out of the wrapper with great retention on the gun holster and my dual mag holder.

Also lifetime warranty on every piece of the holster.

I use a couple of their pistol mag holders, very minimalist design.  They use one piece of Kydex folded up into the required shape.

Their kydex they use is thicker and much sturdier than your average kydex. They also all have a screw that allows you to adjust tension on your gun. They are hand made and don't have a bunch of excess kydex on them (IMHO nit trimming the kydex down doesn't make it look cooler, it makes the manufacturer look lazy)

I use their In & Out holster with a 15 degree cant for my M&P 40, Glock 19, and M9. The profile of the holster is such that I've carried an M9 concealed IWB and OWB without printing. I regularly carry my Glock 19 OWB without printing. I've also had them do some custom pieces for other items which turned out awesome. I won't buy a no tactical holster from any other company. Seeing Alien Gear and Crossbreeds other dudes own fall apart in a rather short amount of time, I feel absolutely comfortable spending a little bit more on KRounds.

I gotta throw in another vote for On Your Six Designs. They are local to me and I have two of their holsters, an IWB for my shield, and an OWB with 2inch loops that I use on a duty belt rig for local matches. Both are great holsters. I went with them because I'm a lefty and none of the box stores had what I was looking for in a left hand model. I'm glad I found them though. Great folks. They can make you whatever you want.

Full disclosure, I started this company, but I sold it to a police officer who I knew would continue the vision and quality I founded it on.  He uses the money he makes on holsters to send his young kids to a private school. His name is Nate and his company is IBX Tactical in eastern NC.  Its about as Mom and Pop as you can get.
