I'm looking for a new handstop for my key mod kmr. At first I was goin to buy the kag and now I have found  the little zero bravo handstop which looks compact . Does anybody have any reviews on these 2 handstops or 1 that they like?

Played with the Zero, it's nice, then I stumbled upon the one from KAC, which is a bit smaller and perfect for what I like and about half the price, in the end it is personal preference.

I like the KAG.  It's very comfortable with thumb over and the top rail and the back side fits my thumb perfectly while bracing support hand against a barricade wall edge

Gripstop, the last hand stop you'll ever need. #embracetheradius

Also available in a smaller version the Gripstop-k.

Is there some kind of accessory rail that will allow me to use either a grip, handle, or something like that on this style of foregrip?

If that is an ALG rail, it should be M-Loc compatiable.  If it is a knockoff, you would likely have to mount a small rail section first.  Who made that rail?

If the manufacturer understood my question correctly, they indicate that Magpul MOE rail sections will work.     Does this sound correct to you?   Do these come in metal or only polymer?   Is the polymer ok?

That's not an ALG Rail. I'm guessing by how it looks it is not MLOK compatible. It would have a MLOK logo on it if it were.

Universal hardware will work.

In other news....you really should look at the Grip Stop.

I ended up getting the zero bravo. This mount takes up minimal space and allows me to get my grip int right spot every time.

You can adapt about anything you want to any rail, IF you know the correct pieces needed.

For example....

What you need are called Slot Nuts or T-Nuts. They originated from the machining industry, and are made for different width holes and material thickness's.

Have a look here and you'll have a better idea. https://www.google.com/search?q=t-nuts&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiJ2I772tbJAhUK2WMKHTelC4gQ_AUICCgC&biw=1920&bih=912#tbm=isch&q=t+slot+nut
If you're the creative type, they are easily made
