Anyone using the Blackhawk Diversion takedown case?  It looks like a case for a tennis racquet.

Thoughts?

I would prefer a more conventional backpack for a takedown case with the velcro straps already there from the manufacturer.

I have one and like it.  I bought it on sale a while back for a nice price.  Works as advertised, I am quite satisfied with it.  Good padding all around and the stiffness of the case means it doesn't sag like an actual racket bag.

The Vanquest Rackit 36 is an awesome case. Top notch materials and construction inside and out. Very discreet to begin with, and when taking the motorcycle to the range i put a 3-pack of tennis balls and a bottle of water in the bungee cord section. Even had a guy in the range parking lot tell me that i was at the wrong place. The takedown cases are nice for the range where its easy to keep a clean rifle. I feel its worth the extra bag length to not have to break the rifle down, especially when it comes to carbine coarses and camping, because then its inevitable to have a mudded-up gun that leads to a mudded-up bag and alot of crap that ends up in the rifles guts. Don't get me wrong, i'm not against a field strip and clean, but to me its not worth unnecessary frequent cleanings for several inches less bag.
