Nice video.
Have you tried the caa grip I have found it to be the most comfortable and customizable grip for different hand sizes, and great slip resistance with sweaty hands.  (Have not used in snow, heavy rain or with gloves)

Honestly I've never seen that grip anywhere up here in Canada.  Looks like a good grip, I'll try to get my hands on one to try it out.  Thanks!
