Does anyone know of a source to obtain some nice high density foam large enough to fit a hard rifle case without costing a fortune? I want to replace the pluck foam in my plano gun guard, but I don't want to spend more than I spent on the case on a piece of foam.

I have a Plano case that is 43" long x 23 wide x 2.5" thick (standard thichness) with 1.5" radius corners. They are sending me cut to fit pieces (2 of each since I have 2 cases). $15.15 for the foam, $10.00 for the cutting to fit and $12.00 shipping ($53.29 total). They are located in Clinton Township, MI
