Anyone make a bayonet lug mount for Harris bipods?  Suppose I could go versa-pod, but I've already got the Harris.

you could get a bayonet lug add-a-rail and go from there with a Harris adapter. if so, I recommend the Cletus by Crosstac.

I found a nice little adapter at the gun show today...you knock out the front sling swivel, and it has two feet that reach around the bayonet lug from behind and a roll pin that  you use to hold it in place where the sling swivel once was...

Its not a Quick Detach like I wanted, but it DOES allow me to have a bipod on my carbine without having the leg swivels cutting into my hand when I use the VFG...

Is that the same as these found here?http://www.google.com/products?q=command+arms+picatinny+bayonet

Negative, looks like those ones lock on to the lug same as a bayonet does...the one I have uses the bayonet lug and sling swivel together to hold on...

you should be able to, the bayonet will butt up against the largest shoulder on teh lug, and that mount sits behind that shoulder. BTW, Mounts Plus sells an extremely similar version, from a company called GRSC.

That sling adapter is a unlicensed copy of the Patented (#6,325,258) GRSC bayonet lug sling adapter.  grsc.com
      Ed

 GRSC Inc

I wouldnt say that it is a copy...yours hangs underneath the sling swivel, while this one is flush...its no more a copy than the CTR is a copy of the M4 stock...also this one has the sling loops on both sides...
