Update:
Submitted refund request Jan 24 Refund approved on Feb 8 Shipped it back on Feb 10 via UPS and was received by EOTech on Feb 16. Signed by Alvarado. Haven't received any emails (other than the refund approval) and I haven't attempted to call or email EOTech. I think I'll wait a couple more weeks before I make a call. I am glad others that sent theirs in around the same time as me are getting checks, though. |

Unfortunately my check got lost :(
I was told it was shipped the 11th but today is the 28th so I'm sure it's not coming. They are going to reissue a check and that would take 4-6 weeks.... Oh well, I'll be happy when I get it |

I got the OK to send my 557 back. But, after thinking about it, I decided to keep it. It's been good for a few years.
And, I doubt i'll see those extreme conditions they say make it fail. If I do, I still have the irons. |

I really liked the EOtech but I don't trust it now probibly go with Aimpoint . Update! Received my refund authorization on 4/6/16 they said the refund is 6-8 weeks out Already sent it in |

Guys with multiple EOTechs to return seem to run into more trouble. Plus, there are several 'replies' you will get from them. Again, review the postings and you should get an idea of what's happening. |

Sorry asking this question, but I haven't kept up with this thread. I've never had a problem with my eotechs, but recently my friend had his optic go down. So now I'm thinking of sending mine in, has anyone sent in the HHS package and if so do they refund you for the whole package or do they make you keep the magnifier?

Almost exactly 2 months wait from shipping optic to EoTech to cashing check.
Refund approved 12/15/2015 Shipped optic to Eotech 1/12/2016 Called Eotech 2/19/2016 *informed approved for X dollars and will receive check in 3 weeks. If not, to call back* Called Eotech 3/9/2016 *informed they are cutting checks and mine would be included that Friday *Received Check* 3/18/2016 |

2006 EOTech 511 with faulty seal, claimed $425.
RMA submitted Feb 4 Email authorization Feb 5 Shipped out unit Feb 9 Processing notice Mar 16 I called refund support and was told my refund would be sent out Apr 15. 2 1/2 months from request to check, not bad. |

EOTech received my sight on 1/6 Still nothing... Called yesterday - they have no record of my RMA or my sight. Gave them my tracking number, and a rep is supposed to investigate and call me back in a couple days. |

I sent 2 sights in the same box at the end of February or the Beginning of March. Not sure exactly when. I got their confirmation that I was approved for a refund on March 15. I just received my check today for both sights.
