The New Zealand Army has been using various ACOGs for some years now, including (of course) deployments to Afghanistan and the feedback has been universally positive. They are so impressed with them that they have ordered over 8,000 TA 31 NZ - with a proprietary reticule optimised for the Mk 262 Mod 1 ammunition - for their new MARS-L the Modular Assault Rifle System - Light (the LMT CQB16).
If I could afford an ACOG, I'd buy one! |
