I think OP was making a non technical remark about how eye drops helped his allergy afflicted vision, thereby increasing his nocturnal ocular abilities. I think.

my bad, those type of eye drops dilate the pupils letting more light in.,.

These can cause issues. I'd stay away from them, personally, until you have a good, long talk with your optometrist and MD about them.
