Help me with scope choice

I'm looking for a long range scope. I have a $800 budget. I would like the scope to have an illuminated reticle, greater than 3x9 variable power, tactical adjustment knobs, greater than 40 mm objective, the best glass possible for the budget and not made in China. Mil dot would be a plus.

Any suggestions?

Tall order! here's what I thought of that is close, may be other places for best price

Vortex no mil dot

Bushnell but not illuminated eta: moa adjustments rather than mrad...

Weaver not a "classic" mil dot

Burris has it all? eta: moa adjustments rather than mrad...

IOR sfp mp8 dot reticle would be a good choice for that. Can probably find one for around $800

Maybe a deal on a Trijicon Accupoint 2.5-10? Meets most of ur reqs.

You will not find a better scope than the Weaver Tactical 3-15x50 FFP EMDR.
