Any suggestions? Wanting to shoot from 50yrd beyond 300 yrd.

How far beyond 300 yds.?
Some stretch them to 1000 yds.

I opted for a 2-7x Leupold for my Grendel.  This is more than enough for what I need (50-250 yds.) and still gives me room to stretch its legs.

Yep those "tweener" scopes are great for those ranges and easy enough to carry.

If I wanted a little more "ummph" I'd go with the Vortex Viper PST 2.5-10 X32

Only a 32mm objective?  At 10x that is only a very small 3.2mm exit pupil. The human pupil can open up to at least 5mm in dim light.  Low light performance will suffer.  Maybe great in full sunlight.  A 2-7 with say a 33 to 35 mm objective would a actually be brighter, given equal glass.  The standard 3-9x40mm might be a better choice for out to 400, and still have decent low light performance.  I do have a superb 2.5-10 scope, but it has a 45mm objective lens.

B. What type of targets will you be shooting?

C. How far beyond 300 yards will you be shooting.

Without knowing these three things we would just be guessing at what would fit your needs.
