THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT My buddies has a ACOG TA-11 on top which I like, but I want something with a little more magnification for killing paper at the range but can still be used in a 3 gun style match. I was looking at the SWFA SS 1-6HD which seems to fit the bill. However I have been unable to find any reviews on this particular scope, but based on the info on the 1-4HD that is out there it seems like a winner. So what would you do? Wait till unknown date for SWFA to start shipping this scope and plunk down $1000 on a object sight unseen. Or keep looking at other options like the Leopold patrol, or Burris Mtac? Any other suggestions.? |

Based on the rep of the 1-4 and the quality of my 5-20 HD I would not hesitate a bit. The adjustments are very high quality and the glass is extremely good.
