I imagine they would sell more of them if they offered a wider variety of reticle choices like they do with their other ACOGs.

I agree. I hope they come out with a bunch of different magnifications as well.

I've had one for about four months. What can I say. It's an ACOG TA01 that takes a 'AA' Battery.
I like that the knob turns off between power settings. So 1 - off - 2 - off.... What more can I say about it? |

Is this basically the same as the Browe Combat Optic?

Are you in any place to do a full review? With pictures?

It is a means to compete in the growing non-tritium market that some governments are asking for.

I almost got one but didn't want a red crosshair reticle.

I am afraid to ask, but why is there a "non-tritium market"?

Tritium is a regulated substance in some countries, thus its not legal to sell it to civilians there. Plus I guess other element is longer lifespan before overhaul of an LED/battery powered system versus tritium.

Even when the US military is buying thousands of RCOs they at the same time are trying to eliminate tritium from weapon sights, European countries are much worse and one Brit Officer said the reason Elcan won the Brit sight competition was it didn't use Trituim |

Have they removed all of the smoke detectors from the town? http://www.world-nuclear.org/info/inf57.html |

It's a simple concept ... an ACOG that uses a battery. Bro doesn't have a monopoly on battery powered optics do they? Of course they don't. There's a flip side to that coin too ... why couldn't Trijicon sue Bro? Their product "is so close" |

It would be nice to have a quality optic such as an ACOG for cheap. I don't see the problem with this

The Trijicon web site seems to list the MSRP as being about the same as most of the 4x32 BAC models.

The Browe is also a titanium housing. I don't want a Browe btw....I'm just stating some differences. |
