TA33R8 ACOG.

Daylight bright illumination.
Glass clarity is excellent.
I zero at 400 meters using the 400 meter stadia and I am +-2 from 25-500 meters and within 3 inches at 600 meters with Hornady 75gr BTHP.
Main use is 3-gun.  I thought I was missing the boat by not having a 1-4x so I bought one to run some side by side drills.  After a few days of shooting I found I was consistently faster with the ACOG, even at ranges less than 25 meters.  I prefer the simple but effective reticle.  I do have to tape the fiber optic to eliminate bloom.  The reticle subtends 19 inches at corresponding distances, which is supposed to be the avg width of a mans chest.  In a pinch this is useful on the 10 inch steel plates that are common for longish range 3-gun targets.  Usually I know the distances before a stage, but if you are ever not sure, and you know that the plates are 10 inches, pick the stadia where one half the stadia line subtends the target.  It's also a snap on IPSC/USPSA/IDPA style targets, using the full width of course.

It now sits in a Larue mount.

Another SWFA 1-6x24 mounted with an ADM Recon QD on on a Rainier Ultramatch build. Rear BUIS is YHM - had to remove the 300-600m aperture in order to use the Butler Creek rear cap. I only use the 0-200 aperture on a BUIS anyway. Fits great.

Leupold 1.5-4x with Green FireDot SPR reticle , Burris P.E.P.R. Q.D. mount on a Syrac Arms Carbine, mid length gas system with adj. gas block. Added a Norgon ambi catch, Rainier Raptor CH, and J P ambi selector. Love the SPR reticle on the Leupold. Might replace the Burris mount with something lighter and more streamlined.

Super Sniper 3-9x42 in LT104 mount.

Bushnell 3200, factory mounted on Barret M99.  Still going strong after hundreds of 50BMG shots.

Leupold VX1 4-12x on Spanish FR8 and Yugo M48A.  This was done by a professional that knew what he was doing, both are great fun guns using surplus ammo.

Leupold VX2 1-4x on Gibbs reproduction Springfield 1903A4.  Another fun gun using Greek surplus ammo, which I have no shortage of.

I just purchased my first AR, DD M4V5LW...I went with a Burris AR-332 3x prism sight. Retails for $349, for on sale for $249 with another$100 off in factory rebate fire $149... I never sighted in optics before so it took 9 two shot rounds to zero it in at 50 yards...not bad for a new old guy... pics below are of sight and my first 40 rounds shooting a rifle let alone an AR platform...
