Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anybody ever buy direct from BlackDog ?

Do they send a shipping confirmation and tracking# or does it just show up? I haven't received any info about my order in several days and email that was on the invoice has gone unanswered.

ETA- I just saw a notice on their website that they are having internet and email problems. That orders will ship 2/10.

I've ordered from them several times over the years but I don't recall if they send a tracking number now.  Have you checked your junk e-mail folder a lot of post with .com get caught in mine.   I have had great results and CS whenever I'ved called on the telephone.  I'm old school, I'd rather call and BDM usually answer the phone.

I have ordered from them a few times, but don't remember about the shipping info. I would order from them again, no issues with my orders.

They got their system back up. I got a tracking number today.
