Altered the magazines per above instructions, just got back from the range and they performed with no problem. Thank you for the advice |

I went out this morning and fired 30 rds out of all 20 magazines. Yes, that's 600 rds boys and girls.
No failures, even when bumpfiring. They all fed perfectly. Of course, none of them locked the bolt back, but there is a quick fix for that. For range mags? Yeah, they'll do the job. |

I use my serious use mags for range mags.
That way I'm SURE they will work when needed. |

I got to use one today. It functioned fine and I used it in a new 7.5" pistol that had never been shot before so it had the odds stacked against it but functioned fine. On the last shot the bolt held open on the follower. Not really a big deal unless it causes damage to the follower.
I'm curious why we saw these at Cabelas and then nothing? Did this mystery company only make one batch and blew 'em out at cabelas? Has anyone seen them for sale anywhere else? |
