I just got a Colt 9mm AR15 and it came with 2 Colt magazines and I want to get a few more 32 round magazines. I know RRA, C Products, Pro Mag (never had good luck with their products) and Metal Form make magazines for this rifle but are their others? Which should I look for and which should I avoid?

I've had good luck with the 15 ASC and 5 MetalForm mags that I use in my CMMG 9mm. I buy them on the EE, 44mag.com and jgsales.com.

Metalform makes the factory mags for Colt and less expensive than the Colt marked mags.

Brownells and CMMG mags are also made by Metalform, CMMG-Metalform are available at Midway USA.

Here's Brownells-Metalform mag link below.

Metalforms WILL work.  Cproducts come with a bottel of aspirin and there is a a reason why.  Pick wisely...

Thanks for the input. I'm going to order a couple of Brownells mags and a couple ASCs and test them out.

When UZI mags were cheap, I modified over 150 of them for myself and a few Team Members

The modification is pretty easy

The ASC 32rd mags are really cheap now. I've bought 4 or 5 a month the last few months for my Colt style DDLES 9mm lower.

Just got in 3- 20rd ASC 9mm mags and 1- 10rd. All 4 were binding on my 9mm bolt. Had to file down one feed lip on each one to make them work. All my 32's are fine though. Still better at $13 each and a couple minutes of time than $32-50
