THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
Does anyone actually use the 20 rounders? Is there much demand for them?

I have an opportunity to buy A BUNCH of 20 rounders for very cheap, and I was thinking about buying them to resell, but the kicker is the quantity I'll have to buy will be prohibitively expensive, and I'm afraid that I will be stuck with them, and unable to sell them.

Would $10 a piece for new thermolds be a realistic price to sell them for at a gun show?

If you shoot off a bench the 20 rounders come in handy. I think there is a demand for them.

I do for bench shooting, hunting less to snag on dense brush, shooting from vehicles, and just general range shooting to make range time last longer.

In mil we used them often getting in and out of vehicles was easier with a 20rd over the 30.

Some 20 mags are great, I'd not give $2 for a thermold 20 rounder though.
CDNN has been practially giving those mags away for a while, I don't trust'em.
Good 20's are great, those are not...

+1

Well stated.

I actually prefer a 20 rd Pmag for the same reasons.

There are plenty of people who prefer 20 round magazine over the 30 round ones, myself included. However when you can pick them up for $4 from CDNN I would not buy them for $10 at a gunshow.

I like 20 rdrs, but not Thermolds. CDNN sells those for $3.99.

I think I paid around 12 for Magpul 20s. And about the same for NHMTG straight aluminum ones like the Vietnam era 20s.

+1 thermolds are garbage.
I like the Brownells 20s and PMAG 20s; generally prefer them to 30s. They are great for precision guns, or any situation where shooting low off the deck.

I generally use 20 round GI or PMags in my precision rifles like the SAM-R and Mark 12, Mod 1 SPR. Much easier to use with a bipod. I'd stay away from the thermolds.

I perfer the 20 rounders compared to the 30's. but unless ur getting a killer price on them the resale might not be there. But who knows people at gun shows will buy anything.

OK, how about this pricing then:

1-4 $8 each
5-9 $6 each
10, or more $5 each

That would be about what you would pay with CDNN's $3.99 each + $9.99 shipping.

Think they would move then?

That pricing is about the same as CDNN and if I had a problem with the mag, CDNN will replace it.

I personally would stay away from the Thermelts.

I'm a fan of the P-Mag 20 rounders and have some metal ones, but wouldn't be interested in the thermolds and in general I don't keep as many around as the 30's. I USE them more, though.

hate to be the negative guy but I think you would be stuck with a case of them or how ever many you had to buy.
cdnn is trying to give them away and people ask them not to put them in the box
