My family is well set for magazines, but one of my best friends and his brother not just bought Winham Weaponry 7.62x39 "AR-15s" and asked me about magazines. Normally I'm GTG on these type of questions, but I seem to find discrepancies on the exact (proprietary?) mags these guns use. Can any one help me out on the correct and/or best mags for their new blasters, and where any might be available right now? Thanks in advance for any help I can pass on to them from the collective.
...and for myself, if anyone knows any sources (other than the obvious auction sites) for old style Lancer L5a mags, especially the 20 round models, or has any you want to sell our trade, please ping me. |

The best price for Lancer's 30rd smoke recently was in the post at the bottom of page 775 and top of page 776. They ran out in a couple of days, got a few more in and raised the price from $14.42 to $15.15 (suggested retail $23.95) and they were gone pretty quick too. My educated guess is that Lancer can't produce enough to keep up with he demand. The current price at DGS even if you back order is $135 for 10 in black and $165 for 10 in smoke.
