Does anyone know what the minimum velocity for expansion from Remingtons Core-Lokt Ultra Bonded 62 grain is?

No but I would estimate around 2000fps

That is my guess as well. The only projectiles I know of that consistently perform VERY WELL below that which are bonded soft-points are the Gold Dots, and some of the SWIFTs.

I have shot a bunch of them.  I found them to be lacking for my uses.  I don't think I ever had an exit wound with one, and I probably put 20-30 rounds on flesh (hogs) with them.  Even with adequate shot placement, it usually took 3 rounds to bring one down, even smaller 80ish pounders.

I shot the rest of the 200 I had up banging steel and went back to Gold Dots.  YMMV, but I wouldn't buy any more unless they were under 30 cents per round.
