Hey guys, I decided to do my own little write up since I was investigating what many are curious about as well. I had a Krieger 26" .223 chambered bull barrel chopped a few months ago to 22" and threaded with a standard 1/2"x28 threads. This barrel has a twist rate of 1 in 7.7" and is the "VarMatch" contour (.936" gas block/ .920" muzzle before threading).
Rifle is a build:
LOWER
BCM lower
BCM enhanced lower parts
BCM PNT trigger
BCM black trigger guard
BCM mod 3 pistol grip
Ergo F93 stock
LBE buffer
LBE buffer spring
UPPER
BCM upper
BCM mod 4 charging handle
Burris MTAC 4.5-14x42
Aero Precision 30mm mount
Trijicon RMR RM05 w/
Daniel Defense 1 o'clock mount
Magpul Pro LR rear BUIS
Magpul Pro front BUIS
Fortis REV I 14” rail
Krieger 22” VarMatch barrel
CMMG .936” gas block
Ballistic Advantage melonited rifle gas tube
ALG single-chamber comp
Yankee Hill bipod adapter
Harris 9-13” bipod
KAC rail cover

Now that the gun has been covered, here is a background on myself for anyone questioning shooter error. I recently finished 5 years in the Marines as an infantry MOS. For those in the Corps or priors, I typically shoot in the high 230s to low 240s on my table one known distance qualification. I am by no means a professional shooter. Data was collected shooting across a bean field in Holly Grove, AR. Unfortunately, the table was old wood and had some give to it. Not the most stable. I used my bipod in the front and a sandbag under the pistol grip. It was 77 degrees, 60% humidity, 153 ft elevation. There was a 5 MPH right-to-left wind with gusts up to 9 or 10 MPH. Range was 100 yds, ranged with a rangefinder then walked off with a tape. Let's get to the data!

Ammo is chicken scratched at the top of each target, but I'll label them accordingly.
